INGREDIENTS

3 lb Squid; cleaned
2 tb Milk
2 lg Eggs; beaten
1 1/2 c Bread crumbs
Salt/pepper
Olive oil
Marinara or cocktail sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

Cut squid in 1"" rings. Combine eggs and milk. Combine salt/pepper and
bread crumbs. Dip squid in egg mixture, then dredge through bread crumb
mixture. Let coated squid stand while oil heats. Fry 8-10 pieces ata a time
in olive oil until light brown. Remove with slotted spoon, let drain on
paper towels. Serve with sauce for dipping.
