INSTRUCTIONS
Mix the tomatoes, coriander, onion, chillies, lime or lemon juice,
salt and pepper together and set aside. Heat the oil, add the re-fried
beans and stir them for 2 minutes until they are bubbling. Remove from
the heat and add the cheeses, stirring constantly until they melt.
Add the tomato mixture and single cream and serve at room temperature.
