Jars (6 oz) marinated artichoke hearts, chopped; reserve marinade |

Green onions, chopped |

Garlic clove, mashed |

Soda crackers, crushed |

Sharp cheddar cheese, shredded |

Salt & pepper to taste |
INSTRUCTIONS
Saute onion and garlic in reserved marinade until limp. Beat eggs and add
crackers, cheese, parsley, chopped artichokes, onion/garlic mixture, and
salt and pepper.
Put all into a buttered 8 x 8 baking pan. Bake at 325 degrees for 35 - 40
minutes, until set (test with a toothpick).
