INGREDIENTS

| 1 | c | All-purpose flour, seasoned |
| with teaspoon black | ||
| pepper | ||
| teaspoon granulated | ||
| garlic | ||
| 3 | c | Crushed fritos® brand corn |
| chips | ||
| Oil for frying |
INSTRUCTIONS
In a bowl, mix together eggs and milk and set aside. In a second bowl, mix flour, black pepper and garlic. Coat steak with flour mixture, dip into egg mixture and roll in Fritos® brand Corn Chips to coat (press crumbs in well to adhere). Fry in hot oil until golden brown.
