INGREDIENTS

2 c Sugar
1/2 c Cocoa
1 c Vegetable oil
4 Eggs
1/2 c Evaporated milk
1 c Flour
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 c Chopped nuts
1 pk Powdered sugar (1 lb.)
3 tb Cocoa
3/4 Stick butter; melted
Evaporated milk (enough to bring to spreading consistency)

INSTRUCTIONS

FROSTING
Cream first 3 ingred. add remaining and mix well. Bake in greased 9 x 13"
pan 350' for 20-30 min. Don't over bake.
Frosting: Melt butter and add cocoa and sugar. Add evaporated milk and
bring to spreading consistency. Spread over warm brownies.
