INGREDIENTS

Granulated or crystallized sugar |
INSTRUCTIONS
Separate the red and green grapes into tiny clusters of 5 to 10 grapes
each. In a small bowl, slightly beat the egg white with a fork to break it
up well. Place the sugar on a piece of wax paper or in a small bowl. Dip
each grape cluster into the egg white, coating it thoroughly. Then dip it
into the sugar, also making sure to coat it well. Place on a wire rack and
allow to dry. Serve the same day.
Makes enough for 6 to 8 to nibble with dessert
