Name: Frozen Blushing Salad
Ingredients: 1 8 oz. pkg. cream cheese; 1/3 c Granulated sugar; 1 c Crushed pineapple with juice; 1 10 oz. pkg. frozen straw berries, thawed; 1 c Whipping cream ( or 1 env. topping)

INGREDIENTS

1		8 oz. pkg. cream cheese
1/3	c	Granulated sugar
1	c	Crushed pineapple with juice
1		10 oz. pkg. frozen straw berries, thawed
1	c	Whipping cream ( or 1 env. topping)

INSTRUCTIONS

Have cream cheese at room temperature.  Add sugar and mix well to dissolve.
Add pineapple and strawberries. Stir and mash with fork. It will be a bit
lumpy.
Whip cream until stiff.  Fold into fruit.  Pour into ring mold or soup
cans.  Freeze. Cover to store. Unmold ring on plate. If in cans, remove
bottom end and push salad out on plate. Slice. Serves 8-10 Typed in

Another common misunderstanding about the doctrine of limited atonement is that it somehow lessens or diminishes the love of God for humanity. Yet, again, exactly the opposite is true. Of all of the doctrines of grace, the doctrine of limited atonement, when correctly understood, magnifies the love of God; it does not diminish it. Limited atonement reinforces the intensive love of God that is revealed in the Bible. God loves His people with a love that saves them from their sin, as opposed to the love of the unlimited atonement view that sees God’s love as being more general in nature. In the unlimited atonement view, He loves everyone in general but saves no one in particular and, in fact, leaves the matter of their salvation up to them. Which is more loving, a love that actually saves people or a love that makes salvation “possible” to those who are dead in trespasses and sins and unable to choose God?

The expression “in Christ” sums up as briefly and as profoundly as possible the inexhaustible significance of man’s redemption. It speaks of security in Him who has Himself borne in His own body the judgment of God against our sin; it speaks of acceptance in Him with whom alone God is well pleased; it speaks of assurance for the future in Him who is the Resurrection and the Life; it speaks of the inheritance of glory in Him who, as the only-begotten Son, is the sole heir of God; it speaks of participation in the divine nature in Him who is the everlasting Word; it speaks of knowing the truth, and being free in that truth, in Him who Himself is the Truth.
