INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Brown sugar, firmly packed
1 t Ground cinnamon
1/2 t Ground allspice
1/4 t Ground nutmeg
1 c Heavy cream
Assorted fresh fruit, in
bite size pieces

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine sugar, cinnamon, allspice and nutmeg; set aside. Beat heavy
cream until stiff. Gently fold spice mixture into cream. Refrigerate
until ready to serve. Serve with fruit. Yield: 1 cup.  Per serving:
1105 Calories; 88g Fat (70% calories from fat); 5g  Protein; 80g
