Name: Fruit Cocktail Cake (Or Sometimes Known As Suprise Pudding)
Ingredients: 1 1/4 c Sugar; 1 1/2 c Flour; 1 1/4 ts Soda; 1/2 ts Salt; 2 lg Eggs beaten; 1 lg Or 2 small cans fruit cocktail (drained)

It only stands to reason among those who are truly saved that they will spend the duration of their existence with the desire to grow in their knowledge of Jesus Christ. This is a clear indication that we not only love our Savior, but find Him so magnificent that we wish to continually explore new elements of His perfections. Expanding our relationship with Him through biblical awareness and personal experience is at the heart of knowing Christ, is at the heart of a genuine relationship with Him.

1 1/4	c	Sugar
1 1/2	c	Flour
1 1/4	ts	Soda
1/2	ts	Salt
2	lg	Eggs beaten
1	lg	Or 2 small cans fruit cocktail (drained)

INSTRUCTIONS

beat all together (the longer you beat the less distinguished the fruit
becomes) pour into a greased 9x 12 pan.
Mix following together and put on Top of cake before baking:
1/2    cup chopped nuts,
1/2    cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinammon.
Bake 1 hr 20 min @ 300F.
