| 1 1/2 | c | Flour |
| 1 1/4 | ts | Soda |
| 1/2 | ts | Salt |
| 2 | lg | Eggs beaten |
| 1 | lg | Or 2 small cans fruit cocktail (drained) |
INSTRUCTIONS
beat all together (the longer you beat the less distinguished the fruit becomes) pour into a greased 9x 12 pan. Mix following together and put on Top of cake before baking: 1/2 cup chopped nuts, 1/2 cup brown sugar, 1 tsp cinammon. Bake 1 hr 20 min @ 300F. This cake stays moist for a very long time.
