INGREDIENTS

1 Ripe mango, banana or
papaya peeled and pureed
Honey, to taste 1 to 2
teaspoonfuls
1/4 t Saffron threads, steeped in:
2 t Hot water
1 c Ice water
Lemon juice, to taste 2 to
3 tablespoons
1 c Plain yogurt

INSTRUCTIONS

In a blender, puree the mango or other fruit with other ingredients;
chill for 2 hours before serving and stir before serving.  Yield: about
