Crust: Mix butter, flour and confectioner's sugar together and pat in a
9x13 pan (I use a round cookie sheet instead). Bake at 325 for 15 minutes.
Mix sugar, vanilla and cream cheese. Spread mixture on warm crust.
Cook fruit juice, cornstarch, sugar and lemon juice. Cook and stir until
clear and thickened. Add any fresh fuit and put on cream cheese mixture.
Grapes, strawberries, any berries, peaches, bananas, melons, pineapples all
work well. Pour glaze on top of cream cheese and fruit. Cool
**I usually arrange the fruit in a circle pattern around the pan. Be as
artistic as you want to be!
