INGREDIENTS

1 pk Pillsbury Sugar Cookie Dough
1/2 Tub of ff Cool Whip
1/3 c Powdered sugar
1/2 ts Vanilla
1 pt Strawberries
2 Banans
1 Handful raspberries
2 Peaches
1 sm Can mandarin oranges
3 Kiwi
1 Lemon ; juice of

INSTRUCTIONS

(As taken from "Athletes Cookbook" from USA-Gymnastics)

Slice and press the cookie dough into 1 large pizza pan. Cook at 350
degrees for 18-20 minutes. Let cool. Mix 2/3 tub of cool whip with 1/3 cup
of powdered sugar and 1/2 tsp vanilla. Spread over cooled crust. Starting
with the outer edge and working your way inward, put the slices of kiwi,
then sliced strawberries, 1 small can of mandarin oranges, 2 bananas (mixed
in lemon juice to prevent browning), 2 sliced peaches (also in lemon juice)
and fill the center with raspberries. Cut into 8 slices. Note: Any other
fruits may be substituted

Great source of Vitamin C and a good source of fiber!
