Fruits, Vegetables French Salad 6 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 Papaya; peeled & cubed
1 c Cubed honeydew melon
1 c Cubed fresh pineapple
2 Kiwi fruit; peeled & sliced
1 c Strawberries; hulled & halved
Lettuce leaves
1/2 c Vegetable or light olive oil
1/4 c Honey
2 tb Fresh lemon juice
1/2 ts Salt
1/2 ts Ground ginger
1/2 ts Paprika
1/4 ts Dry mustard

INSTRUCTIONS

HONEY DRESSING
Honey Dressing:  Combine all ingredients and blend with an electric mixer
or food processor for 5 minutes or until thickened. Fruit Salad: Combine
fruit (or any other seasonal fruits to equal 5 cups) with dressing and
arrange on lettuce-lined salad plates.
