Fruits, Eggs Cypriot 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

1 1/2 c Fruit juice (You pick. I like grape)
1 Banana (or a cup of grapes, berries, etc.)
8 oz Yogurt (I use the fruit-flavored yogurts, blueberry's good)
1 Egg

INSTRUCTIONS

Throw into a blender: Blend at the highest speed and drink. The egg is
optional for anybody worried about salmonella. I use it because it lends a
smoother, frothier consistency to the drink. Also, don't be afraid to
experiment with different flavors or fruits.
