INGREDIENTS

4 Pork chops — smoked
1/2 ts Sage — ground
1/4 ts Salt
1/4 ts Pepper
1/4 c Raisins — seedless
1 sm Apple, tart — cored &
Sliced
1 tb Flour — all-purpose
1/4 c Fruit juice — or water
1 1/2 ts Vinegar — cider
2 tb Sugar, brown — firmly
Packed

INSTRUCTIONS

Grill chops over hot coals 10 minutes.  Place on heavy-duty aluminum foil;
sprinkle with sage, satl, and pepper.  Top with raisins and apple; set
aside.
Combine flour and water; cook over low heat, stirring constantly, until
slightly thickened.  Stir in vinegar and brown sugar; pour over chops. Seal
securely. Return to grill for 30 minutes or until tender.
