INSTRUCTIONS
PREPARATION:
Streusel topping: Take 1/4 cup of graham cracker crumbs, 1/4 cup of chopped
pecans, 2 tablespoons margarine, and 1/4 cup of brown sugar and mix
thoroughly. Set aside.
Cut nectarines into 1/8 inch slices and mix with some white sugar in a bowl
until the sugar turns to syrup and coats the nectarine slices.
You can decorate the dessert plate with a small amount of the streusel
topping and honey. Then place a scoop of vanilla ice cream in the middle of
the plate.
Take the nectarine slices and place around the ice cream on the plate.
Drizzle honey over the nectarines and ice cream and top with a sprinkling
of the streusel topping.
