INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Seedless raspberry jam
1/4 ts Ground cinnamon
8 oz Mixed dried fruit, (1 package) finely chopped
1 lb Frozen white bread dough, (1 loaf) thawed
Vegetable cooking spray
1 ts Water
1 Egg
4 ts Sugar

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine jam, cinnamon, and dried fruit in a bowl; stir well, and set aside.

(cover remaining dough to keep from drying out), roll each portion to 1/8-
inch thickness.
Place on a large baking sheet coated with cooking spray, and pat each

plus 1 teaspoon fruit mixture onto half of each circle, and moisten edges
of dough with water. Fold dough over filling; press edges together with a
fork to seal.
Combine 1 teaspoon water and egg; stir well. Brush over tops of turnovers.
Sprinkle turnovers with sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 20 minutes or until golden. Remove from pan, and
let cool on wire racks. Yield: 1 dozen (serving size: 1 turnover).
