INSTRUCTIONS
BRANDY DRESSING:
Combine dressing ingredients. Stir or shake well. Set aside. Peel the
grapefruit with a sharp knife. Slice fruit crosswise, placing each slice on
a salad plate or in a dessert goblet.Peel the orange with a knofe, and
either center one slice on each grapefruit slice, or cut two slices in half
and tuck along on side of the grapefruit.Place strawberry in center, along
with several mint leaves, or a simple sprig of mint. Slice Kiwi and place
at the bottom of the orange slices. Sprinkle very lightly with the Brandy
Dressing.
