INGREDIENTS

1/2 c Unsweetened pineapple chunks, chilled, drained and canned
1/2 c Unsweetened sliced peaches, chilled, drained and canned
5 Ice cubes
3 Whole fresh strawberries, caps removed
1 md Size ripe banana, frozen
8 oz Low-fat vanilla yogurt, (1 carton)

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in container of an electric blender; cover and
process until smooth. Yield: 3 cups (serving size: 1 cup).
Per serving: 167 Calories; 2g Fat (8% calories from fat); 5g Protein; 36g
Carbohydrate; 4mg Cholesterol; 53mg Sodium
Serving Ideas : Pour into glasses, and serve immediately.
NOTES : Kids will really enjoy this refreshing "shake" from Registered
Dietitian Dawn Strickland, of Marietta, Georgia, because they can help make
it.
