INGREDIENTS

A 3-ounce package cream
cheese
1 T Minced peeled fresh
gingerroot
1 Thin slices fruitcake

INSTRUCTIONS

In a bowl stir together the cream cheese, softened, and the  gingerroot
and chill the mixture for 30 minutes. Spread the ginger  cream cheese
on the fruitcake. Makes about 1/2 cup ginger cream  cheese.  Makes
