INSTRUCTIONS
Drain oranges, reserving 1/2 cup juice. In a jar with tight fitting lid,
combine oil, jam, vinegar and reserved juice; shake well. In a large salad
bowl, toss oranges, spinach, apple and pecans. Serve with the dressing.
