INGREDIENTS

3/4 c Wheat bran — uncooked
1/2 c Oat bran — uncooked
1 1/4 c Rolled oats — uncooked
1/8 c Dried apricots — chopped
1/8 c Dried apples — chopped
1/8 c Raisins — optional
3/4 c Water — hot

INSTRUCTIONS

Preparation Time: 0:05 Combine all the ingredients and mix well. To serve,
pour low-fat soy milke or Rice Milk (in this file and as an ingredient in
this file), apple juice, or hot water over the cereal. Stir, let rest for a
couple of minutes, and enjoy.
