INSTRUCTIONS
Mix cereal into milk; let stand 5 minutes. Meanwhile, mix flour, cinnamon,
baking powder and baking soda; set aside. Mix egg with undrained pineapple
and mashed banana. Thoroughly combine all three mixtures and stir in
raisins. Spoon batter into a 24 muffin pan that has been sprayed with
non-stick cooking spray. Bake in a preheated 375 degree oven for 30
minutes.
