INSTRUCTIONS
RUM BUTTER
Heat the grill. Cut the peaches in half and remove the stones and cut into
quarters.
Thread 8 small skewers alternating with the other fruits.
Rum butter: Cut butter into pieces, mix with sugar and rum liqueur. Dot
butter over kebabs and grill for 2-3 minutes. Serve with remaining rum
butter and add a spoonful of fromage frais.
