INSTRUCTIONS
Combine all ingredients and put them in a jar.
To prepare the rice combine the mixture with 2 1/2 cups water and 2
tablespoons butter or margarine. (I have omitted this without any problem)
Put in a well covered pan. Allow to boil and then simmer for 30 minutes.
Turn off the fire and leave uncovered for 10 more minutes. Mix with a fork.
Enough for 4 persons
