INGREDIENTS

1 c Vanilla soymilk, chilled
5 oz Japanese-style soft silken
tofu chilled and cubed
2 c Fresh or frozen fruit, one
or more varieties of
choice
1 T Honey, up to 2 or brown
rice syrup
1/2 t Vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth.  Yield: 2
shakes  Nutritional information per shake:  Calories: 223  Total fat: 5
