INGREDIENTS

1 c Vanilla soymilk; chilled
5 oz Japanese-style soft silken tofu, chilled and cubed
2 c Fresh or frozen fruit; one or more varieties of choice
1 tb Honey; (up to 2), or brown rice syrup
1/2 ts Vanilla extract

INSTRUCTIONS

Combine all ingredients in blender; process until smooth.
Yield: 2 shakes
