Ingredients: 4 Squares semi-sweet chocolate; 2 Sticks butter (up to); 3 c Chopped pecans; 1 3/4 c Sugar; 1 c Unsifted flour; 4 lg Eggs; 1 ts Vanilla

Are parents desirous for their children to be religious, love God’s Word, pray much to the Lord, be humble, sober, friendly, modest, righteous; let the parents be a good example, for therewith God’s truth will be pressed into their hearts. 'For', says Plutarchus, 'the life of the parents is like a mirror, and by its light the children will refrain from evil.'

INGREDIENTS

4		Squares semi-sweet chocolate
2		Sticks butter (up to)
3	c	Chopped pecans
1 3/4	c	Sugar
1	c	Unsifted flour
4	lg	Eggs
1	ts	Vanilla

INSTRUCTIONS

Melt chocolate & butter in saucepan. Add nuts. In mixing bowl stir sugar,
flour, eggs & vanilla. (Do not use electric mixer.) Stir only enough to
blend the ingredients. Add chocolate mixture. Stir only enough to blend. Do
not beat. Place in paper muffin containers placed in muffin tins. Bake at
325 for 25-30 minutes. DO NOT OVERCOOK. Makes 24 cupcakes.
