<Fred Peters> Combine the milk and sugar in a medium saucepan over medium
heat, stirring constantly, to a rolling boil. Boil and stir for 1 minute.
Add the chocolate and stir until smooth and melted. Remove from the heat
and stir in the vanilla extract and salt.
Makes enough for two gift containers.
