INSTRUCTIONS
Spray 8"x 8" pan with Pam. In medium bowl, sift together cocoa, flour,
baking powder & salt.
Combine peanut butter with liqueur warmed in the microwave. It will be kind
of sticky.
In large bowl, mix this with sugar. It will be crumbly.
Mix in egg whites , applesauce & vanilla. Combine flour mixture with other
mixture. Bake 35 minutes at 350 till a toothpick in the center comes out
not quite dry. Do not overbake.
