INSTRUCTIONS
Crush the garlic and saute it in the oil. Add the fava beans and tomato
puree. Season with salt to taste, add 1/2 cup boiling water and cook until
the beans are done. Sprinkle with chopped basil. Cook the fusilli al dente
and serve with the sauce.
