INGREDIENTS

10 oz Fusilli pasta
12 oz Fresh fava beans
2 Cloves garlic
Tomato puree
Extra virgin olive
Oil
Salt
Fresh basil

INSTRUCTIONS

Crush the garlic and saute it in the oil. Add the fava beans and
tomato puree. Season with salt to taste, add 1/2 cup boiling water  and
cook until the beans are done. Sprinkle with chopped basil. Cook  the
fusilli al dente and serve with the sauce.  Posted to CHILE-HEADS
