INSTRUCTIONS
Mix dry ingredients. Add eggs, buttermilk, and butter. Mix well. Heat oil
in cast-iron skillet. Pour batter into hot skillet and bake at 400 degrees
for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden brown. Serves 8.
