INSTRUCTIONS
Translation: A "kip filet" is a skinless, boneless, chicken breast half.
Position knife blade in food processor bowl; add bread and next 3
ingredients. Process 30 seconds or until crumbs are fine. Transfer to a
shallow bowl.
Combine buttermilk and hot sauce in another shallow bowl. Dip checkn breast
halves in buttermilk mixture; then dredge in breadcrumb mixture. Place
chicken on the rack of a broiler pan coated with vegetable cooking spray.
Lightly coat chicken with cooking spray. Bake at 375F for 15 minutes. Turn
chicken over; coat with cooking spray. Bake and additional 15 minutes or
until done.
