Bread maili, Breads, Quick/muffi 1 Servings

INGREDIENTS

2 pk Yeast
1 1/2 c Warm water
1 ts Salt
1 ts Sugar
2 Cloves garlic
1 tb Basil
1 tb Parsley
4 c Flour; up to 5 cups

INSTRUCTIONS

Dissolve yeast in water. Add salt & sugar. Blend in 2 c. flour. Crush
garlic and add with herbs. Add 2 c. more flour, and more if dough is too
sticky. Roll into snakes & shape. Sprinkle with Kosher salt if desired.
Bake at 425 for 10 - 15 minutes or until browned.
