INSTRUCTIONS
This is a dish that I can only describe. It is just wonderful and terribly
simple. The dish is easy to prepare and the results are spectacular. One
need simply have a very fresh or a live Dungeness crab. Plunge it into
boiling water to kill it quickly. Remove and drain. Cut the crab in half
the long way and drench it with peanut oil mixed with as much garlic as you
wish, or can stand. Place the crab halves in a bamboo steamer and steam
until very tender, about 15 minutes. Garnish with green onion slivers and
chopped Chinese parsley.
