INGREDIENTS
| 1 1/4 | c | Cornmeal |
| 3/4 | c | Flour |
| 1 | tb | Sugar |
| 1 | tb | Baking powder |
| 1 | ts | Baking powder |
| 1 | ts | Dried thyme |
| 2 | lg | Eggs, lightly beaten |
| 1 | c | Milk |
| 1/4 | c | Vegetable oil |
INSTRUCTIONS
Heat greased cast iron cornstick pans 3 minutes at 425F. Combine dry ingredients. Combine wet ingredients and add to dry, stirring just until mixed. Spoon batter into pans, filling 2/3 full. Bake 12 minutes or until lightly browned.
