INGREDIENTS

1 pk Capellini (angel hair pasta); or spaghetti (16 oz.
2 tb Olive or vegetable oil
2 tb Chicken broth
2 ts Anchovy paste
4 Garlic cloves; fine chopped
1/4 c Fresh parsley; chopped
1/3 c Parmesan cheese; freshly
Grated or thinly shaved
Freshly ground pepper

INSTRUCTIONS

Cook capellini as directed on package. Meanwhile heat oil in 10-inch
skillet over medium-high heat until hot. Cook anchovy paste and garlic in
oil and chicken broth, stirring frequently, until garlic is golden. Drain
capellini; mix with garlic mixture and parsley. Top with cheese. Serve with
