INGREDIENTS

4 Cloves garlic (to 5)
1 ts Extra-virgin olive oil
1 ts Red wine vinegar
2 ts Balsamic vinegar
Juice of 1 lemon
1 ts Water
1/2 ts Dry mustard
1-2 drops hot pepper sauce

INSTRUCTIONS

With a fork, mash garlic in olive oil; then whisk in remaining ingredients.
Let dressing sit overnight in the refrigerator if you want a stronger
garlic flavor.
Makes about 1/3 cup.
