INGREDIENTS

6 Cubed slices bread
3/4 lb Sausage
8 Eggs; lightly beaten
2 c Milk; OR MORE
1/2 ts Salt
1 ts Dry mustard
1 c Sharp cheddar; (grated)
1/2 c Sauteed sliced mushrooms

INSTRUCTIONS

Saute mushrooms with sausage. night before, layer bread, sausage and
mushrooms, and grated cheese in a baking dish sprayed w/ Pam. Combine eggs,
milk, salt and dry mustard, and pour over ingredients in baking dish.
Refrigerate overnite. In the morning, bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F. Serves
6-8
