INGREDIENTS

| 1/3 | c | Granulated sugar |
| 1/4 | c | Milk |
| 1/4 | c | Bake it all mix |
| 1/4 | c | Brown sugar — packed |
| 1 | ts | Ground cinnamon |
| 3 | c | Sliced apples* |
INSTRUCTIONS
*3 medium, pared and cored Break egg into bowl; beat. Blend in granulated sugar and milk. Add 1 cup Mix. Beat until thoroughly mixed. Pour batter into an 8-inch round cake pan, bottom rubbed with shortening. Blend 1/4 cup Mix, brown sugar, and cinnamon. Sprinkle half of mixture over batter. Arrange apple slices in rows on top. Sprinkle remaining mixture over apples. Bake in a 350 F. oven about 40 minutes. Serve warm with cream or whipped cream.
