INGREDIENTS
| 1 1/2 | lb | Ground beef |
| 1/2 | lb | Ground pork |
| 1/2 | c | Finely diced onion |
| 1 | c | Applesauce |
| 1 | c | Bread crumbs |
| 3 | tb | Ketchup |
| 2 | ts | Salt |
| 1/4 | ts | Black pepper |
INSTRUCTIONS
Preheat oven to 350'F. Lightly oil a 9x5x3" loaf pan. In a large bowl, combine all ingredients, and mix well. Place the meatloaf mixture in the prepared pan. Bake for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.
