INGREDIENTS

Mix as pie crust (set 1/3
c Aside)
2 c Brown sugar
2 c Flour
1 Stick butter

INSTRUCTIONS

Beat: 2 each eggs  Add: 1 teaspoon baking soda dissolved in 1 Tbsp. hot
water 1 cup sour cream 1 teaspoon vanilla 1/2 cup nuts -- chopped raisins
or dates (can add, optional)
Mix first mixture with second mixture.  Pour into 9x9 inch square pan.
Sprinkle 1/3 cup topping over batter.  Bake at 350 F for 30 to 40 minutes.
Test with toothpick.
