INSTRUCTIONS
Cover first 3 ingredients with sugar & stir. Meanwhile, heat to boiling the
vinegar, oil & salt. Add to taste celery & mustard seed, about 1 teaspoon
each. Pour over slaw & let stand 4 hours.
