INSTRUCTIONS
Butter and flour a pan. Warm the milk and butter. Add salmon, picked fine,
crumbs, eggs and salt and pepper to taste. Pour into the pan and put it in
a double boiler and steam for 2 hours. Serve hot or cold. Excellent for
sandwiches.
