INSTRUCTIONS
1. Roast the joint following instructions on the pack.
2. Blend together the oil, soy sauce, ginger, lemon grass, sesame seeds and
pepper.
3. 20 minutes before the end of the cooking time, pour the glaze over the
joint. Serve garnished with spring onion and radish flowers.
