Ingredients: 1 c Shortening; 1 c Sugar; 1/2 c Molasses; 4 1/2 c Flour; 3 ts Ginger; 1 ts Salt; 2 Eggs

INSTRUCTIONS

Cream sugar, shortening, add eggs. Beat well. Add molasses and dry
ingredients to make a stiff dough. Form into roll. Put in icebox to chill.
Note: Cut, place on baking sheet. Bake in 375 F. oven.
