INGREDIENTS

1/3 c Butter Buds., liquid or
1/2 C
Promise UFF margarin
1/2 c Molasses
1 t Ginger
2 t Allspice
2 t Cinnamon
2 t Nutmeg
2 t Baking Soda, dissolved in
1 C
Boiling water
1/2 c Sugar, or 1/4 C sugar +
3 Pkts Sweet 'N Low
2 1/2 c Flour
2 Egg Beaters. 99% Egg
Substitute, 1/2 C

INSTRUCTIONS

Optional Vanilla Sauce Or Caramel Sauce Recipes To Follow.  Cream
Butter Buds and sugar.  Add remaining ingred.; add Egg Beaters  last.
Bake in a bundt or tube pan that has been sprayed with a  non-fat
cooking spray.  Bake 35 - 40 min. at 350 deg. F. Serve warm  with the
sauce of your choice.  This cake is very good!  Recipe By     : Butter
