Fully cooked center cut ham slice, about 1" thick |

INSTRUCTIONS
Slash fat edge of ham. Whisk briskly the ginger ale, orange juice, brown
sugar, vegetable oil, ginger, mustard and cloves. Pour over ham in a
shallow dish. Refrigerate at least 2 hours and preferably overnight. Spoon
marinade over ham frequently. Brown on grill over medium coals, or broil
about 5 inches from the heat for about 15 minutes on each side, brushing
frequently with marinade.
